1. The minimum number of participants required per course is 5. If this number is not reached, then Ratingen Solar & Wind reserves the right to cancel or offer an alternative course. If Ratingen Solar cancels the course, full refunds will be given.

2. All cancellations must be submitted in writing and are subject to the following:
2.1 Cancellation received over four weeks prior the training course start - 100% refund given.
2.2 Cancellation received between 27 and 14 days before the start of the course - 50% refund will be given.
2.3 Cancellations 13 or less days before the course start - 10% refund will be given.

3. The course participant is solely responsible for his or her own health, accident, liability, and personal property insurance. Ratingen Solar & Wind assumes no liability whatsoever.
